Longevity360 (“Longevity360,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

Your participation in the Program is also subject to our Privacy Policy and general Terms & Conditions.

By opting in, enrolling, or otherwise agreeing to receive mobile messages from Longevity360, you agree to these Terms.


1. Program Description

Longevity360 may send you mobile messages in various formats, including SMS and

MMS, for both transactional and promotional purposes.


These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service updates or follow-ups
  • Promotional offers and exclusive invitations
  • Information related to your care or membership


Messages may be sent using automated technology, including an automatic telephone

dialing system.


Message frequency will vary, but we aim to keep communications relevant and limited.


Longevity360 does not charge for these messages; however, standard message and

data rates may apply through your mobile carrier.


2. User Opt-In

By providing your mobile number, you:

  • Consent to receive recurring messages from Longevity360
  • Confirm that you are the authorized user of the number provided
  • Acknowledge that consent is not required to purchase services


If your phone number changes, you agree to notify us promptly.


3. User Opt-Out & Support

You may opt out at any time by replying:

STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT


After opting out:

  • You may receive a one-time confirmation message
  • Messaging will then stop


For assistance, reply:

Please note:

  • Requests that do not use recognized keywords may not be processed
  • Some messages may be sent briefly while your request is being completed


4. Program Availability

The Program is provided on an “as-is” basis and may not be available:

  • In all geographic areas
  • At all times
  • On all carriers or devices


Longevity360 is not responsible for:

  • Delayed or undelivered messages
  • Carrier-related issues
  • Technical interruptions


5. Privacy

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal information for third-party marketing purposes.


6. Modifications

Longevity360 reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Program at any time
  • Update these Terms as needed

Any updates will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting.

Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of those changes.
